Mark A. Peterson DMD, PA
Dentist in Sebastian, FLSebastian River Dentistry
Dr. Mark Peterson is a general and cosmetic dentist focused on restorative dentistry with a passion for facial aesthetics. He has extensive experience in procedures such as crowns, bridges, veneers, root canal treatments, dental implants (placement and restorative), aesthetic fillings, extractions, surgeries, teeth whitening, Botox, and Juvéderm. Dr. Peterson believes a wonderful smile is a great asset. He enjoys giving patients something to smile about.
Dr. Peterson set his career path after being 3 years in civil engineering. He decided dentistry was his passion after shadowing his uncle, who was a dentist. Dr. Peterson graduated in 1976 from Jesuit High School and 1987 from Portland State University. He came to Florida soon after graduation to pursue his private dental practice in the "Sunshine State."
Dr. Peterson believes the same skills that define an excellent dentist--attention to detail, knowledge of anatomy and function, and a gentle hand along with an aesthetic eye--are paramount for a good injector of Botox and Juvéderm. His office is warm, clean, and has the latest technology.
Dr. Peterson is known for his honesty, sensible treatment plans, and genuine devotion. His passion is helping patients achieve "their best" smile--one that is attractive, confident, and healthy. Dr. Peterson believes strongly that facial aesthetic procedures should look as natural as possible.
Dr. Peterson is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Through his unique blend of artistic and technical skills, he has frequent participation in continued educational courses.
Dr. Peterson ensures that his patients always recieve the latest, most effective treatments possible.
During his free time, he enjoys kiteboarding, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.
